Okay, here is my first attempt at creating something other than classroom decor and games! This week our basal story is Henry & Mudge...I am also responsible for the hallway bulletin board for October...so I am thinking we are going with Puppy Love and creating all things Mudge! (I know, October is fall and Halloween is coming...but my mind is sooooo not there yet! And I really need to get these kiddos comprehending!) So let me know what you think! Oh my! Has it really been almost a month since I last blogged??? I have been crazy busy getting back into the swing of things at school. Well, I guess I'm not really getting "back" into it...as I am teaching a first/second grade split. Don't get me wrong, I am loving my kids and loving that my second graders have more independence. What I am not loving is the little things I am overlooking when planning...like a word work station with spelling words and sight words...and the oops! I can't just pull it from the files, I now have to make it for the second grade words...I know I'll get organized and get the hang of it...but there have been far too many oops! for me this month...
But onto some fun stuff! I am loving all the great ideas from the blogging world. I am especially loving all the teacher facebook pages popping up!
