A Miracle for Miracle St. Patty's Day & Spring Theme

A few weeks ago, we received some sad news at school. One of our sweet first graders, Miracle, has been diagnosed with Leukemia. What should have been a normal, routine physical has changed Miracle's life.
She is the sweetest little thing, with the brightest spirit. Since the day she was born, she has had to fight. She also has Cerebral Palsy. We have watched her grow and blossom into a beautiful young girl. She has had her share of struggles, but she always manages to overcome them.
The administration and faculty have been busy putting together ways to support the family during this difficult time. She will be living in a sterile environment, so much is needed.

Wondering what I could do to help, I decided to call on some great friends. An amazing bunch of teacher bloggers have graciously donated their products to help raise funds to support Miracle and her family in their time of need. Since Miracle has such a bright and fun spirit, we decided to put together a great collection of St. Patty's Day and Spring themed products.
This is where you can help raise A Miracle for Miracle. For a $25 donation you will receive all of the following products sent to you. The package of 31 units is valued at approximately $110. All proceeds will be given to Miracle and her family to help with medical and travel expenses.
Since I became part of the blogging world a year and a half ago, I have seen amazing things happen for many people. I hope this can be another one of those amazing things!

  7. What a wonderful idea!! I have a question. Are the activities more for K-1 or would they be appropriate for 2-3rd graders? I'll pass this onto others in my school! Blessings to you!

  8. Hi Sheri,

Many of the products are listed as 1-2. There are 3 or 4 that are specifically K (unless you have a struggler). If you click on each picture, it will take you to the TPT description where you can download the previews. I know that I have a mix of students who are still working on some K skills, average first graders, and above grade level students, and I will be able to differentiate my lessons and skills with almost all the products listed. =) Hope this helps!

  9. Thanks for pulling this together. It is very heartwarming to see so many people come together for something so important as a child. Thinking of you and the family.
